This month the cervia has hosted two school visits, one for 120 and another for 60 ten year olds. Also, 25 brownies and guides enjoyed an evening visit.
I was also ask to attend a rotary dinner whereby I had to sing for my supper and deliver a talk on the Cervia, they must have enjoyed it as they now wish to come on board for an evening visit in August.. So lots going on, but the more mundane work continues, which is a full paint job.
Young Ben our newest volunteer has been over the side in our little dingy, chipping and painting the hull.
Finally, if you enjoy ukuleles, come on down for a FREE performance on Friday 28th July at around noon, whereby you will be entertained by a 25 strong ukuleles band from the aft deck of the Cervia which kicks off Ramsgate Festival week.
