When you are standing in front of the bow it is truly a majestic sight. The black riveted plates, shaped in a traditional form convey a strength that was used when manoeuvring around crowded docks or pushing ships towards a jetty. The Cervia’s bow crowned with a large fore post, had additional strength to enable the vessel to withstand ice in northern seas.
